About Classic & Minimalist Studio Portraits
The biggest challenge with family portraits is worrying about everyone smiling at the camera at the same time. In our studio, we let go of that pressure completely. We focus on natural interactions and genuine play, so you end up with photos that actually look like your family, not a stiff rehearsal. When we strip away complex props, we are left with the authentic bond between you and your kids.
Our Studio Approach
When we talk about classic and minimalist portraits, we mean focusing on you. Our HSR Layout studio offers two distinct vibes for these sessions. If you want bright and airy, we use our clean white backdrop to create a modern, timeless look. If you prefer high contrast and mood, we switch to our dramatic dark setup, which is excellent for highlighting expressions and textures.
The 'No-Stress' Session
We know that getting kids ready for a photoshoot can be a task. That is why our sessions are designed to be flexible. We book 1.5 to 2 hours for standard studio shoots because we never want to rush you. If your toddler needs a snack break, or your baby needs a cuddle to settle down, we pause. We work at your family's pace, not the clock's. By the time we start shooting, everyone is comfortable and relaxed.
What to Expect
- Outfits: We recommend solid colors or simple patterns that don't distract from your faces. Since we allow 2 outfit changes, bring a casual set and something a bit more dressed up to give you variety in your final gallery.
- The Process: We mix posed group shots with candid interactions. You will see us guiding you into comfortable positions, and then letting you play and talk while we capture the moments in between.
- Deliverables: You receive 15 high-resolution, professionally edited images with skin smoothing and color grading. We also provide all the raw unedited files so you don't miss a single candid grin. Every session also includes one framed 8x12 inch portrait ready for your wall.
