Behind the Scenes of My Photography Shoots
A look at how my team and I work on location to capture the moments that define your story.
A behind-the-scenes look at a pre-wedding shoot. This video shows my team in action, using a drone for aerial shots and working on location to create stunning sunset portraits for the couple.
About Behind The Scenes
Seeing how a shoot unfolds helps you understand what to expect on your big day. Whether we are setting up a drone for aerial perspectives at a venue in Mumbai or scouting the natural light for a candid portrait, my team focuses on the technical setup so you can focus on the event. This process ensures that when the chaos of a wedding or the pace of a corporate event hits, we are already positioned to catch the moment without interrupting the flow.
Transparency about the photography process is a priority for me. When you look at these behind-the-scenes glimpses, you are seeing the reality of professional event coverage, not a staged production.
Technical Setup and Execution
My team relies on professional Canon equipment and stabilizers to maintain clarity, even in fast-paced environments like a busy Marathi wedding or a corporate industrial shift. You will often see us using drones to get aerial shots of the venue, which provides a sense of scale that ground-level photography simply cannot offer. This equipment is selected based on the specific constraints of your venue, whether it is an outdoor forest location in Tadoba or an indoor reception hall in Mumbai.
Navigating Real-World Constraints
Wedding and event photography in India involves dealing with crowds, changing light, and tight schedules. My approach is to be flexible. If the light changes or a schedule gets delayed, we adapt our setup on the fly. This means moving lights quickly, finding new angles, and ensuring the video team is in sync with the photographers. The result is a mix of candid shots and structured portraits that reflect the actual vibe of your event rather than a generic template.
Your Role in the Process
These images show that collaboration is key. During pre-wedding shoots, we spend time scouting locations and discussing the shot list. By the time we arrive at your main event, you will already be familiar with how we work, which makes the photography feel natural instead of an added stress. Whether it is a Bengali ceremony with specific rituals or a destination shoot in a new city, we arrive prepared to capture the narrative as it happens.
