Grand Wedding Mandaps and Ceremony Setups
The mandap is the anchor of your wedding rituals. Whether you prefer a traditional temple aesthetic with brass elements or a modern, open-air floral canopy, I design structures that prioritize both visual impact and ritual functionality.

About Grand Mandaps & Wedding Ceremonies
The mandap setup needs to work for your photographer and the pandit, not just look good from a distance. I always focus on floor leveling and the structural stability of the canopy, ensuring that even with heavy floral installations or hanging crystals, the space remains comfortable and safe for the rituals to proceed without interruption.
Building Your Ceremony Space
When we plan a mandap, we look at the logistics first. Whether you are hosting your wedding at a heritage property in Jaipur or a farmhouse in Delhi NCR, the structure must fit the venue's scale. I handle the entire fabrication in-house, which means we control the quality of the finish and the timeline of the setup.
My Approach to Mandaps
- Traditional & Temple Themes: If you want an authentic feel, I use elements like temple-style pillars, traditional bells, and fresh Rajnigandha or Marigold. We can incorporate specific motifs like Ganesha or Tirupati Balaji designs as requested.
- Contemporary & Floral: For modern weddings, I prefer using light, airy structures with premium artificial flowers for volume at the base, topped with exotic fresh blooms at eye level. This gives you a lush, full look that stays fresh throughout the ceremony.
- Practical Layouts: I avoid overcrowding the stage. My mandap designs ensure there is enough room for the couple, the parents, and the officiating priest, plus space for the photographer to get those wide-angle shots without climbing over props.
Customization and Travel
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all. If you have a specific color palette—like pastel pinks for a day wedding or bold reds and gold for a traditional evening ceremony—we customize the draping and furniture to match. I travel across India for projects, and my team manages the transport and installation, so you don't have to coordinate between different vendors for the structure and the decor.
