How I Make a Photograph
Photography is personal. It is not just about clicking a button, but about catching those fleeting seconds that make you feel something—the chaos of Chandni Chowk, the softness of golden hour, or the quiet companionship of an elderly couple in Kowloon.
My Approach & Gear
I believe the best camera is the one you have with me, but for professional work, I primarily use my Nikon Z8. I am a firm believer in using natural light to keep things authentic. If the light is not perfect, I do not force it; I wait, or I move until it feels right. For big wedding projects, I work with my crew at Aadirasa Studios, where we focus on storytelling over traditional stage photography.
The Editing Process
My editing is where the magic happens. I spend hours on post-production using my own Lightroom presets to get those deep, cinematic tones. It is a bit alag (different). I do not believe in over-processing; I aim for colors and moods that feel as real as the moment was when I captured it.
Can I travel for your shoot?
Yes. While I am based in Delhi NCR, I travel across India and abroad for weddings, documentaries, and travel shoots. Whether it is a destination wedding or a creative portrait session, I am always ready to pack my bags and chase good light.
