What is Band-It? It's India's largest inter-school performing arts competition, a stage for young talent to dream, perform, and shine.
With over 10,000 students participating every year from across India, Band-It is the ultimate platform for students in grades 4-10 to showcase their skills.
What will your child gain? Besides national-level exposure and professional feedback, they get a chance to perform, grow, and shine, all while earning certificates and recognition.
Where are the regionals held? We host competitions across India, with events in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Bangalore.

Who is eligible to participate? Music categories are open to grades 5-10, while Dance and Speech & Drama categories are open to all students from grades 4-10.
Is the competition just for schools? No, Band-It is open to all students, whether you're from a school, an academy, or participating as an individual.

You don't need to be a professional to sign up. Band-It is open to all students from Grade 4 to 10, regardless of which academy or school you belong to. Whether you are a soloist or part of a group, we provide a structured stage with professional sound, lighting, and genuine feedback from experts, giving you a real feel for what it takes to perform at a national level.

Band-It is in its 9th year for a reason. We’ve seen thousands of students find their voice on this stage, and we designed the registration process to be as straightforward as possible.
Categories & Eligibility
- Music (Solo & Bands): Open to all students from Grade 5 to Grade 10.
- Dance & Speech/Drama: Open to all students from Grade 4 to Grade 10.
Whether you’re a solo singer, a guitarist looking for a band spot, or a dance crew with a unique routine, there is a slot for you.
What Happens After You Register? Once you submit your details, you’ll be part of our regional audition process. We host rounds in cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, and Hyderabad. This isn't just about winning a trophy; it's about the technical experience—the line-check, the stage lighting, and performing in front of a real audience.

- What is the entry fee? We offer transparent pricing: ₹499–₹1299 for solo entries and ₹1999–₹3499 for group band entries.
- What if I’m in an FSM school? We offer an exclusive 50% discount on registration fees for all FSM partnered schools.
