About Haldi & Mehendi Brides
The biggest choice you have to make is between fresh and artificial flowers. Fresh flowers bring a natural fragrance and vibrant look to your Haldi ceremony, but they have a limited life. If you want to keep your jewellery as a keepsake or are planning a destination wedding, my resin, dry flower, or high-grade artificial sets are much more practical and travel-friendly.
My process is deeply collaborative. When you reach out, I look at your outfit colours, your Pinterest inspiration, and the specific vibe of your event. Whether you want a heavy bridal set or just a single maang tikka, my team and I customise every piece to fit you.
Fresh vs. Artificial Jewellery
- Fresh Flowers: I use fresh Tagar buds, roses, and orchids, woven into intricate designs. These are shipped in temperature-controlled boxes with moisture-retention technology to ensure they stay fresh for your event.
- Artificial & Resin: These are my go-to for destination weddings or allergy-sensitive brides. I use resin, cowrie shells, and real-touch faux blooms that look incredibly lifelike but last for years.
My workshop in Nashik is where the magic happens. It is usually messy with petals and stems, but that is where we turn your ideas into reality. We work with local farmers to source the freshest blooms, and my artisans pay attention to every knot and bead. If you have a specific vision, share your reference images with me, and we will figure out the best way to craft it.
