Destination Family Photography
I believe the best family memories happen away from the daily routine. These photos from my own family travels show exactly what I look for in your shoots: the unscripted, messy, and joyful moments that happen when you're actually having fun.
A portrait of my complete family in the snow. Capturing these moments of togetherness, even in the cold, is what family photography is all about.
A playful moment with my daughter in the falling snow. I love capturing these unscripted, joyful interactions that show the real bond within a family.
My kids enjoying the incredible snowy landscape of Kashmir. Family shoots on vacation are a wonderful way to document your shared adventures.
My wife and our two daughters posing for a photo in the snow. Even as a photographer, getting my own family to pose can be a challenge, but it's always worth it.
My wife and daughter dressed in beautiful, traditional Kashmiri outfits. Incorporating local culture into a destination shoot can make the photos even more special and unique.
My daughter looking lovely in a traditional green Kashmiri dress, holding a basket of colorful flowers. The contrast between the vibrant flowers and the white snow is just beautiful.
Another portrait of my daughter in a traditional red Kashmiri outfit. These portraits are precious memories from our family travels.
About this collection
When I travel with families for a shoot, I don't look for the most famous landmark and park you in front of it. I look for the way your kids react to the environment, the mess of a picnic, or the spontaneous laugh during a hike, because those real, unscripted moments make the backdrop irrelevant and the memory permanent.
Many people ask if I only shoot in Bangalore. While my base is in Karnataka, I travel wherever your family's story takes us. Whether it is a snowy landscape, a quiet beach, or a mountain resort, the philosophy stays the same. We are not doing stiff, posed portraits where everyone stares at the lens for hours. We are documenting your holiday.
I learned this by shooting my own family. When I tried to get 'perfect' photos, it felt like work. When I just let my daughters run, ski, or build a snowman, that is when the magic happened.
What to expect when you book a destination session:
- Comfort is Key: If you are traveling, the last thing you want is a rigid, exhausting photo schedule. We plan the session around your family's energy and itinerary, not the other way around.
- Natural Interactions: I guide you with simple prompts—maybe a laugh, a walk, or a quiet moment—rather than forcing poses that make everyone uncomfortable.
- Cultural Touches: Just like incorporating traditional Kashmiri outfits in these shots, we can style your session to reflect the unique spirit of the place we are visiting.
- End-to-End Coverage: You are not just getting a photographer; you are getting someone who understands how to manage travel, changing weather, and family moods.

Firos Photography
I’m Firos. People think my work is all just 'dreamy stuff', but the real magic is the mess and the laughter at home. My own family is my biggest inspiration, and I bring that same chaotic, heartfelt energy to every shoot I do for you.
