About Intricate Hairstyling: Braids & Updos
When you're getting a heavy bun or an intricate braid, the secret is in the prep. I use professional micro-crimping to add texture and volume before we even start the actual styling. This ensures your hair has the necessary grip and looks full, whether you have naturally fine or thick hair. Please keep in mind that I don't wash hair during the session, so arrive with clean, non-greasy hair for the best hold.
Whether you are getting ready for a Sangeet, a wedding ceremony, or a festive party, your hairstyle needs to look polished and stay put.
My Approach to Styling
I focus on a mix of classic techniques and trending styles. If you have a specific vision, I will help you adapt it to your face shape and hair type. Here is what you can expect during your session:
- Volume & Texture: For updos, I use synthetic stuffing and micro-crimping. This is non-negotiable for that 'full' look you see in my gallery.
- Secure Braiding: Whether it is a traditional 5-strand braid or a Khajur choti, I focus on tight, clean partitioning. This is the technical base of a long-lasting style.
- Finishing Touches: I use high-hold freeze sprays and shine sprays to lock everything in. If you have fresh flowers (like gajra) or specific accessories, I will expertly pin them so they don't move.

Being an educator, I treat every client's hair as a lesson in quality. I don't believe in shortcuts that damage your hair or styles that fall apart in an hour.
