Modern Luxury Interior Photography for Real Estate & Hotels
Clean lines, open layouts, and the right mood. I capture modern suites and apartments to look exactly as they feel in person—bright, spacious, and inviting.
A wide shot of the open-plan living and dining area, emphasizing the floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive city view. This is key for marketing luxury real estate and hotel suites.
A different perspective of the living space, showing the furniture layout and flow between the dining and seating zones. This helps viewers understand how the space can be used.
A view focusing on the dining area and its connection to the living room, perfect for showcasing hospitality and entertainment spaces in commercial property photography.
A dynamic low-angle shot that highlights the textures of the rug and the arrangement of modern furniture. This angle adds architectural interest and shows off the designer's choices.
The bedroom captured at dusk, where the interior lighting complements the city lights to create a serene, upscale atmosphere. This type of shot is highly effective for hotel bookings.
A full view of a king-sized bedroom layout, showing the integrated seating area and clean, modern design. This is a standard, informative shot for any property listing.
A perspective from the foot of the bed, focusing on the crisp linens and the room's ambient lighting. This detail shot adds to the overall sense of comfort and quality.
The suite's minimalist kitchenette, showcasing sleek, integrated appliances and smart, space-saving cabinetry design. This is essential for serviced apartments and extended-stay hotels.
About Modern Luxury Suites & Apartments
When shooting luxury apartments, I focus on the balance between artificial and natural light. I use HDR bracketing to ensure you don’t get blown-out windows or dark corners, keeping the city view clear while maintaining the true color of your interior finishes.
Great interior photography is about honesty—showing the space exactly as a guest or potential buyer will experience it. Whether it is a serviced apartment or a high-end hotel suite, the goal is to make the room feel expansive and comfortable.
My Approach
For modern luxury spaces, I stick to a 16-35mm wide-angle lens. This allows me to capture the full scope of a living area without the distortion that cheaper wide lenses produce. I also perform mandatory straightening of all vertical lines—walls, cabinets, and doorways must be perfectly plumb. If the lines are crooked, the image loses its sense of professionalism.
Listing vs. Portfolio
I offer two distinct paths depending on your needs:
- For Listings: If you need to fill a rental or sell a unit, my Real Estate package is optimized for speed. You get 20-25 HDR-balanced images within 72 hours. These are clean, high-resolution shots designed to stop the scroll on booking sites.
- For Portfolios: If you are an architect or interior designer showcasing your latest project, we go deeper. This is a full-day shoot where we style the frame together—adjusting pillows, moving decor, and bringing in lifestyle elements. These images are retouched to remove distractions like switchboards, wires, and floor scuffs, resulting in a look ready for magazines or design awards.
Everything is delivered in high-resolution, with professional color grading to ensure that your wood tones, fabrics, and paint colors appear 100% accurate.
