That is why I have perfected an internal doweling system and use a sturdy white chocolate ganache base, so even if your venue is across town or a few hours away, your cake will arrive looking exactly as I painted it.
When you commission a cake for a milestone—be it a baptism, an engagement, or a 29th anniversary—you are trusting me with a memory. I specialize in palette knife art, painting flowers and designs directly onto the cake with buttercream to give it a rich, textured finish that looks like an oil painting.
My process is collaborative. I love it when clients tell me to just do what I want, but I am just as happy to work with specific themes like 'Baby in Bloom' or color palettes that match your venue decor. I am based in Indiranagar and offer home delivery across Bengaluru.
