Life is a messy, beautiful journey, and you do not need to be perfect to find your way back to yourself. Here is how I practice surrendering to the flow.

I am 32 years old and I am not ashamed to admit that I enjoy a slow life, value stability over lofty ambition, and am a bit of an old-school soul. This is me, authentic and real.

I am also not ashamed to admit that I am an intense person, I value my emotional well-being, and I have a complex relationship with my appearance. Embracing all parts of myself is a fundamental aspect of who I am.

Stop rushing so much. Stop wasting your precious seconds on things you cannot change or control. This is a reminder to let go of the what-ifs and should-haves, and simply accept everything for what it is. Just be.

Solo dates are my favorite. Since I moved out at 20, spending time with myself has deepened my self-acceptance and love. My ideal date is simple: oiled hair, comfy clothes, a good book, and a warm bowl of soup.

Every time you dismiss a photo of yourself, you are subtly rejecting a part of your own identity. How can you feel complete if you are constantly finding fault? True self-assurance comes from accepting yourself as you are.

When life gets blurry, adjust your focus. Temporary confusion can be necessary to help you figure out what is truly important. When you blur the noise, the main subject comes into focus.

The love that heals you is your own. This is a reminder that the most profound healing and comfort comes from the relationship you cultivate with yourself.

Some days are uncomfortable, feeling like the rug is pulled from under you. This fall is only here to help you stand back up on a more solid foundation. Get through this. Accept the fall. You will rise again.

I am in my "I don't know how, but I will" era. It is a phase of trusting the process, believing in my own capabilities, and moving forward with faith even when the path is not clear.

I believe in challenging the double standards our society holds, especially for single, independent individuals. It is important to recognize the value and strength it takes to be your own cheerleader and overcome life’s challenges.

About My Philosophy: Embracing the Mess & Magic

I don't believe in fixing you, because you aren't broken. My approach is entirely non-predictive and non-clinical, focusing on holding space for the parts of yourself you have been hiding. Whether we are using tarot as a mirror or breathwork to ground your nervous system, the sessions are designed for those 'blah' days when life feels heavy and you just need a safe place to land, breathe, and remember that you are enough.
