Surface & Flooring
- Base Layer: Installation of high-density Artificial Grass (35mm pile height) or interlocking wooden deck tiles in seating zones.
- Wall Accent: Feature wall treatment using wooden trellis work, stone cladding strips, or a compact bio-wall green patch.
Planters & Greenery
- Railing Units: Set of 3 to 5 rectangular hanging planters (metal or high-grade plastic) mounted securely on existing railings.
- Floor Accents: Inclusion of 2 to 3 tall FRP or Ceramic pots with statement plants like Areca Palms or Rubber Plants.
- Privacy: Installation of bamboo stick fencing or 'Curtain Creeper' arrangements to block views from neighbors.
Electrical & Lighting
- Mood Lighting: Setup of heavy-duty bistro string lights or a ceiling-mounted outdoor lantern.
- Execution: Surface-level conduit routing, wiring connection to nearest power point, and post-work debris removal.
Vertical Bio-Wall System
Structural Framework
- Fabrication: Custom-fabricated Mild Steel (MS) grid framework, anti-rust coated and anchored effectively to the civil wall.
- Modules: UV-stabilized virgin plastic (PP) potting cups with vertical locking mechanisms designed to hide the hardware.
- Irrigation: Integrated 16mm inline lateral pipes with drippers running through the modules connected to the water inlet.
Planting Specifications
- Density: High-density planting with approximately 30 to 35 plants per sq meter for a lush look.
- Varieties: Selection of NCR-weather hardy plants like Syngonium, Spider Plants, Rhoeo, and Ferns.
- Media: Soilless lightweight mix using Cocopeat, Perlite, and Vermicompost to minimize structural load.
Design & Finish
- Patterning: Arrangement of plants in geometric waves or blocks using contrasting foliage colors.
- Handover: One-time pruning and setting immediately post-installation.
Turnkey Terrace & Garden Hardscaping
Civil & Hardscaping
- Flooring Mix: Combination of high-density artificial turf (35mm-45mm) and natural stone stepping stones (Sandstone/Granite).
- Detailing: Use of Mexican white stones or river pebbles for borders and texture.
- Decking: Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) deck strips for designated lounge areas (included in premium range).
Sub-base & Softscaping
- Drainage Layer: Installation of drain cells and geotextile fabric to protect waterproofing before soil filling.
- Planting: Supply of potted specimen plants (Ficus Panda), air-purifying clusters (Snake Plants), and enriched manure soil mix.
- Planters: Construction of cement beds or placement of FRP planters for localized height.
Lighting & Electrical
- Fixtures: Installation of weatherproof outdoor lights including footlights for pathways and spike lights for highlighting trees.
- Ambiance: Warm-white LED strip lighting for mood enhancement in seating zones.
