Physi-Ball Parent-Toddler Play Classes
A 45-minute guided play space where you and your toddler move, learn, and bond together. Designed for ages 1.5 to 3 years to build early physical literacy.
Watch the joy unfold in our Physi-Ball program, designed for you and your toddler. In this video, you can see one of our core activities where I guide the group from a large stability ball, creating a fun focal point for the class. It's the perfect way to introduce structured play, build confidence, and strengthen your bond.
Our sessions are like the ultimate play date. Here you can see toddlers learning to follow instructions with colored spots, interacting with each other, and experiencing the excitement of our giant parachute. These games are fantastic for developing rhythm, coordination, and social skills in a playful environment.
About A Glimpse into Our Sessions
Unlike standard drop-off classes, this is a parent-involved program where you are right on the mat with your toddler. I use a 'go slow and repeat' principle that helps little ones get comfortable with class routines without feeling rushed, ensuring they build confidence and coordination at their own natural pace.
Building Skills Through Shared Play
Our Physi-Ball program in Ghatkopar and Chembur isn't about rigid drills; it is about creating a safe, stimulating environment where your toddler can explore. We use a variety of props like parachutes, sensory mats, and Swiss balls to help your child develop gross motor skills, spatial awareness, and core strength.
What Happens in a Session?
Each 45-minute session is structured yet flexible. We focus on:
- Gross Motor Development: Running, jumping, and balancing exercises designed for early years.
- Rhythm and Coordination: Using music and movement to help children understand their own bodies.
- Social Interaction: Structured group activities where toddlers learn to follow instructions and interact with their peers.
- Parent-Child Bonding: Because you participate actively, you get to support your child as they navigate new challenges, turning exercise into a shared milestone.
Why 'Go Slow and Repeat'?
Toddlers learn best through familiarity. Our curriculum relies on repeating specific movements and games across the month. This repetition helps them master new skills—like throwing a ball or balancing on a mat—without the pressure of performance. By the time the session ends, they aren't just tired; they are more confident in their ability to move.
Locations and Logistics
We currently host these sessions at premium indoor venues:
- Peek-a-Doodle (Ghatkopar East)
- Safari Kid (Chembur)
We keep our batches small (1:12 coach-to-child ratio) to ensure every family gets the attention they need. Whether you choose the weekly or bi-weekly plan, the goal is simple: helping your toddler fall in love with being active.
