What’s On The Menu
- Dance workout group: Zumba & Dance Fitness is basically a party. Bollywood beats, trending tracks, and moves that make you forget you’re working out. The group energy is wild - you’ll feel it.
- Pilates for beginners: If you’re new or just coming back, Pilates is gentle but packs a punch. Core strength, muscle tone, and posture - all sorted. You’ll feel longer and leaner, promise.
- Yoga and Pilates fusion: Yogalates blends mindfulness and stretch with core strength. It’s good for melting away stiffness, boosting energy, and saying bye to back pain.
- Strength training community: Our strength sessions help you discover muscles you didn’t know existed. The vibe is supportive, not intimidating.
- Bollywood fitness class: Bhangra Fitness is pure weekend josh. No dance experience needed, just bring your energy and get ready to sweat.

My Story
You walk in, music’s thumping, someone’s laughing, someone’s dancing off-beat and nobody cares. That’s Echo. We started because sometimes you just gotta move, right? Over time, new faces took charge, but that homely feel? Still here. People say we’re their second home - that’s everything for us. We celebrate Holi, Garba, Diwali, or just a random Tuesday.
