About The Jesmonite Collection
Because I hand-pour and marble these myself, every piece is one-of-a-kind. You might see slight variations in the swirls or the finish, which is exactly how you know they aren't mass-produced items. If you are using them as planters or vases, just remember that Jesmonite is water-resistant but not fully waterproof, so a little extra care helps them last longer.
Why Jesmonite?
I chose Jesmonite for this collection because it feels different. It is a modern, composite material that is durable and eco-friendly, but it has the weight and cool-to-the-touch feel of stone. Unlike traditional ceramic, it does not chip quite as easily, and it allows me to play with color in ways that are hard to achieve with other mediums.
Styling Your Space
These are not meant to hide in a cupboard. Think of them as permanent residents on your coffee table or nightstand.
- As Candle Holders: Pop a pillar candle or one of my soy wax refills inside. The heavy base keeps it stable, and the unique patterns frame the flame beautifully.
