Building Fencers Through Fun, Games & Teamwork
At Dynamo, we know fencing isn't just about the blade. It's about building strong athletes and a tight-knit family. See how we mix hard training with games, laughter, and serious team spirit.
Nothing builds team spirit like a bit of fun competition. Here, our campers are all smiles during piggyback races, a favorite game at our summer camp.

About The Dynamo Spirit: Fun, Games & Teamwork
We keep our coach-to-student ratio at roughly 1:12, ensuring that whether we are doing group agility drills or specific fencing footwork, every student is being watched and corrected. These games aren't just for fun; they are carefully programmed to build specific muscle groups—like core stability for lunges or explosive speed for retreats—without the monotony of traditional gym exercises.
Why Games Matter at Dynamo
Many people think fencing is purely about the blade, but at our Dwarka summer camps, we treat the athlete as a whole. You will see campers doing piggyback races, partner-carrying, and intense plank holds. These aren't just breaks from training; they are conditioning tools. A fencer who builds trust with a partner through a strength drill is a fencer who develops better spatial awareness and faster reaction times on the piste.
The Camp Experience
Our 15-day program is designed to be high-energy. We start with warm-ups that get the heart rate up, move into technical footwork, and balance it with competitive games. This keeps beginners engaged rather than burnt out. By the time they pick up the weapon, their bodies are already conditioned, their reflexes are primed, and they feel like part of a squad.
What to Expect
- Physical Conditioning: We focus on agility ladders, core strength, and quick-twitch muscle movements essential for fencing.
- Coach-Led Feedback: Even during games, we are looking for the 'fencer's stance' and proper posture. We correct you on the move.
- Team Dynamics: We pair students up purposefully. You won't just fence against your friends; you will support them in drills, creating a culture of mutual growth rather than cutthroat competition.
Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to sharpen your competitive edge, our camp environment ensures you leave feeling stronger, faster, and part of the Dynamo family.
