About Fun in the Fresh Air
Think of your session like a relaxed family picnic in a local park. I know the struggle of trying to get kids to sit still in a studio, so we skip the forced poses entirely. I follow the kids, let them explore or play with simple props, and capture those real giggles and candid moments exactly as they happen.
When we move the shoot outdoors, we trade controlled studio lighting for soft, golden natural light. This shift changes everything. Your kids don't have to 'perform' for the camera. Instead, they get to run, pick flowers, or play tag, and I am there to document the genuine energy of the day.
I bring along a small kit of props—things like vintage crates, teepees, or bubbles—to add a touch of whimsy to the scene, but the focus remains on your family dynamic. Whether it is a quiet moment between a father and son or the playful energy of siblings, outdoor settings provide the freedom that helps everyone relax.
If you are worried about the 'what ifs,' do not be. I have experience shooting in parks across Delhi NCR, and I know how to find the perfect quiet corner with the right light. We keep the sessions low-pressure. If the kids need a snack break or a quick outfit change, we take the time.
