Bollywood & Punjabi Remixes for Events
I take the tracks you love and rebuild them. Whether it's a Haryanvi hit or a classic Punjabi anthem, I rework the structure and beats for a fresh, club-ready sound.
This is a clip from my official down-groove remix for the song "Mashoor" from the movie Fukrey 3. I worked on this project to create a track that matched the energetic and quirky vibe of the film, delivering a professional, film-quality audio production.
Here's a look at how I remixed a classic Jazzy B Punjabi track, infusing it with a UK Garage rhythm. You can see the distinct audio channels for bass, vocals, and percussion, showing the technical process of deconstructing and rebuilding a song in a new genre.
A preview of my house remix for MC Square's Haryanvi track, "Laado." This project was about transforming a folk-rap song into a danceable house track, complete with a new bassline and rhythmic structure, perfect for a club setting.
About Bollywood & Punjabi Remixes
When I remix a track, I don't just speed it up. I strip it down to the original stems—vocals, percussion, and synths—and rebuild the groove from scratch in Ableton Live. Whether you need a high-energy House transition for a sangeet or a polished Garage beat for a club set, I match the tempo and musical key to keep your dance floor moving without any jarring jumps.
My Remixing Process
I treat every track as a custom production project. My goal is to give a song a new identity while keeping the familiarity that makes people want to dance.
- Deconstruction: I isolate the vocals and essential elements from the original file. This allows me to remove muddy frequencies and clean up the audio.
- Genre Flipping: I can take a vocal track and pair it with a completely different rhythmic foundation. For example, moving a folk-rap song into a House structure requires programming entirely new drum patterns and basslines that lock in with the vocal phrasing.
- Technical Syncing: I use professional tempo-stretching to ensure the track maintains its quality at different BPMs. I also check harmonic mixing to make sure that if this track is played in a set, it doesn't clash with the song before or after it.
Why Custom Remixes Work
Standard radio edits often don't have the impact needed for a live event. When you get a custom remix, you get:
- Performance Structure: Extended intros and outros, making it easier for a DJ to mix.
- Clean Audio: Properly mastered output at 320kbps or 24-bit WAV, so it sounds clear on large venue sound systems.
- Revisions: I offer 2 to 3 rounds of changes depending on the package, so we can fine-tune the beat and structure until it feels right for your crowd.
If you have a specific vision—like a Haryanvi track with a UK Garage twist or a classical vocal mixed with modern Techno—let me know. I prefer sharing raw snippets first to ask, 'How's the idea?' so we are on the same page before I finalize the mix.
