About Holiday & Festive Celebrations
Our venue isn’t a polished ballroom, and that is exactly the point. Whether you are hosting a Holi party with inflatable pools on our lawns or a Christmas session for the kids, we provide the raw, outdoor space to make it happen. You bring the guests and the theme, and we provide a backdrop of stables, haystacks, and open fields that your standard event hall simply cannot match.
We created Duke Horse Riding Club because we needed a place to escape the city, and now we share that space for festive events. Located right on the edge of the Aravalli forest in Gurugram, our venue is all about swapping fluorescent lights for sunshine.
We don't do rigid, indoor banquet setups. Instead, our celebration packages are designed for flexibility. If you are planning a birthday party, our Little Jockey package includes access to our lawns, pony rides for the kids, and plenty of space for bouncy castles. For larger groups or corporate chill-outs, our private farm hire gives you full-day access for up to 100 guests, letting you set up your own catering, music, and activities without the constraints of a hotel ballroom.
Our property is ideal for festive days because it feels like an actual farm, not a venue rental business. You will find horses grazing in the background, authentic rustic fencing, and expansive green lawns that handle everything from gulal for Holi to festive decorations for December events. We provide the power backup, cleaning, and basic furniture, but we leave the creative details to you.
