Sports Facility Booking, Rates & Guidelines

How to Book

We have streamlined the booking process for all sports at District Sports Club. All court and turf rentals are processed through the Khelomore platform. This system provides real-time visibility on slot availability for the day and night. We recommend booking in advance, particularly for weekends and evening slots which tend to reach capacity quickly.

Facility Rules and Requirements

To maintain the quality of our infrastructure, we have specific requirements for all users:

• Footwear: Indoor courts (Badminton, Squash, Basketball) require non-marking shoes. For football turfs, proper sports studs are mandatory. Users arriving in casual sneakers, running shoes, or inappropriate footwear will not be permitted to enter the court.
• Equipment: Court rentals include the space, lighting, and nets/goalposts. Players are expected to bring their own racquets, balls, and bats. We do not provide personal sports equipment with general court rentals.
• Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your booked slot to complete check-in procedures at the front desk.

Pricing Structure

Our pricing is differentiated between members and non-members.

• Member Rates: Available to DSCBKC club members at a subsidized cost.
• Non-Member Rates: Standard hourly rental fees applied to all public bookings.
• Lighting: Floodlight charges are included for evening slots (post 6 PM) on courts where applicable.

Corporate and Event Bookings

For larger requirements such as corporate tournaments, team building events, or birthday parties, we provide full-day or half-day packages.
