I train doctors because I’ve seen the gap between textbook knowledge and real-world surgery. You can read about hair restoration for years, but until you perform an FUE extraction or handle a G-Cell device under supervision, you haven't mastered the craft. Through my work with FUEAsia and KSK Surgicals, I aim to standardize these skills globally.

What You Will Master

We focus on actionable, advanced techniques that separate average outcomes from excellent ones. My programs, ranging from 1-week workshops to 3-month fellowships, cover:

• Long Hair FUE: Learn the extraction protocols that allow for instant results without the need for full head shaving, using specialized devices like the Dr. UGRAFT Zeus.
• Regenerative Trichology: Hands-on training with advanced modalities like Autologous Micrografting Technology (AMT) and Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF) preparation.
• Surgical Confidence: From managing anesthesia blocks to executing complex Grade 7 baldness coverage, we go through the full workflow.

The Training Experience

Training isn't a lecture series here. It is work. You are in the OT, working on live patients or, in the case of simulation training, using specific silicone models to refine your angle and depth control. My goal is to ensure that when you return to your own clinic, you are ready to handle the procedure independently. We keep the groups small—often 1:1 or 1:2—because you cannot learn the 'feel' of a punch or a graft in a crowded room.
