I don’t just show slides and call it a day. Whether you join my 7-day intensive workshop or a 3-month fellowship, you will be holding the forceps, designing the hairline, and working on live patients under my supervision. This is real surgery, not a salon service, so we focus heavily on complication management and the clinical decisions you have to make in the OT. You will leave here knowing exactly how to handle the graft, not just how to watch it being done.
Training Philosophy: Why Share My Craft?
My goal is simple: Isse poori field aage badhti hai (the entire field moves forward). When you train with me at DermaClinix, you aren't just an observer. You become part of the surgical team. I focus on bridging the gap between theory and actual practice. You will get comfortable with slit designing, extraction motion, and implantation, ensuring you develop the surgical confidence to run your own clinic independently.
The Learning Path
Depending on your current experience, we have three distinct levels of training:
- 7-Day Observer & Simulation: This is for those just starting. You get access to our OT to watch live cases, but the real value is the KSK surgical kit. You practice extraction and slit making on fruits and mannequins first. It is the safest way to build muscle memory before touching a patient.
- 7-Day Intensive Workshop: This is our flagship hands-on program. You are directly performing FUE, working on anesthesia, and practicing on live patients under 1:1 or 1:2 supervision. We also cover advanced topics like Long Hair FUE, which is a rare, high-demand skill.
- 3-Month Professional Fellowship: For doctors serious about mastery. You assist in 50 to 70 surgeries. We start you on observation, move you to assistance, and by the third month, you are performing cases under supervision. We also dive into regenerative medicine, including PRP and G-Cell therapies.
