Master FUE hair restoration through live surgical workshops and fellowships. Learn advanced techniques like Long Hair FUE directly from global experts in a real operating room setting.

A close-up of a hands-on FUE procedure during our KSK Surgicals workshop. Trainees learn precision graft extraction, a critical skill for minimizing transection and ensuring graft viability.

This is the core of my teaching philosophy: learning by doing. A group of trainees observes and assists in a live hair transplant surgery, gaining invaluable practical experience in a real operating room setting.

A collage from our 2nd KSK Surgicals Annual Workshop, showing both the intense focus during live surgery and the proud team of trainees and faculty. Every participant gets ample hands-on time.

During our FUEASIA workshop in Bali, trainees learn to document and analyze their work. Here, a participant records a part of the procedure, a key practice for patient communication and case studies.

This collage showcases the complete experience of our annual workshop: hands-on training, a group photo with the patient, and promotional material detailing the expert faculty and program highlights.

About Hands-On Surgical Training Workshops

You will not find theoretical slideshows here. My workshops focus on the operating room reality—whether you are practicing slit design on a mannequin or assisting in a live FUE procedure, you are building the muscle memory needed for surgery. The 1-week intensive is designed to get you past the fear of the first cut and into the confidence of executing clean, viable extractions yourself.

Bridging Theory and Surgical Precision

Hair restoration is a surgical discipline, not a salon procedure. When I train dermatologists and surgeons, the focus is on the transition from observation to independent execution. Whether you are a beginner looking to understand the basics of graft extraction or a practicing surgeon aiming to master advanced modalities like Long Hair FUE or regenerative therapies (AMT/SVF), these workshops are structured to meet you at your current level.

Training Pathways

  • The 1-Week Intensive: This is for surgeons who need to build confidence. We move away from non-human simulation (fruits and mannequins) quickly to supervised live-patient interaction. You will handle anesthesia, perform extractions, and manage slit design under the watchful eye of me and my faculty.
  • Professional Fellowships: For those seeking deep immersion, the 3-month residency is the standard. It provides exposure to 50–70 surgeries, moving you from observation in the first month to supervised execution by the third. This covers the full spectrum of hair restoration, including repair cases and advanced complication management.

A Global Surgical Network

Training with me connects you to FUEASIA and FUE Global standards. I don't just teach the technique; I teach how to run a clinic, how to handle patient expectations, and how to utilize modern tools like KSK Surgicals instruments and powered devices like the Zeus system. You leave not just with a certificate, but with a network and a clinical workflow you can implement in your own practice immediately. We keep the groups small because I believe quality education requires direct feedback, not a lecture hall experience.

I am Dr. Kavish Chouhan. I started these workshops because I believe this field grows when we stop hoarding techniques and start sharing them. Whether you are observing at an international congress or spending three months in my clinic, my goal is the same: to turn your hesitation into clinical precision.
