Technical Production

I manage the floor plans for your seating, stage, and buffet setups to prevent overcrowding and ensure clear sightlines. My team works with your venue to optimize the space, making sure that your stage feels like a center point for entertainment rather than an afterthought. We handle the technical aspects of lighting and sound, ensuring that every performance, whether it is a choreographed family dance or a live vocal act, has the correct auditory and visual support.

Show Direction

For events that involve multiple performances, I provide a technical director. This person manages the cues for light, sound, and artist entrances. If you are planning an entrance with a strolling cellist or a dramatic firework display, my team coordinates these elements to match the timing of your arrival. We integrate your rituals and performances into a cohesive timeline, preventing long pauses or technical errors that can disrupt the energy of the room.

Guest Engagement

My goal is to create an environment where your guests feel included. I design the flow of the evening to move logically from arrivals to the main stage performances and eventually to the dance floor. By managing the logistics of guest arrival, hampers, and valet systems, I remove the stress from your planners, allowing you to spend the evening interacting with your family and friends.
