Our attendants manage the equipment and character performance, ensuring safety and crowd control while you focus on the event. For food stalls, we handle all machine operations and hygiene standards, so you do not need to manage the prep work.
Our add-on services are designed to be plug-and-play extensions to your main event. We understand that organizing a party in Mumbai involves many moving parts, which is why we handle the end-to-end logistics for these extras.
Character Mascots
We do not just drop off a costume. Our mascots are accompanied by an operator who manages the character's presence, interacts with children, and handles photo opportunities. This ensures the experience is engaging and safe, particularly for younger children who might get overwhelmed. We can coordinate arrival times to coincide with the cake cutting or a specific program segment.
Food Stalls: Popcorn and Candy Floss
Our food stall rentals come with the machine, raw materials, and an operator. Whether you need popcorn or cotton candy, our staff manages the setup. We only require a dedicated space near a standard, reliable power point to keep the machines running for the requested 3-4 hours. We recommend placing these stalls near a high-traffic area to keep guests entertained, but away from direct heat sources.
Practical Requirements
- Space: Each stall requires a footprint of approximately 4ft x 4ft.
- Power: Standard residential or commercial single-phase power is sufficient for our machines.
- Arrival: We arrive 30-45 minutes before the start time to ensure all equipment is operational before your guests arrive.
