I help you skip the headache of juggling multiple vendors for your event. With me, you get a one-stop event rental service that covers everything from furniture and props to tents and catering coordination. I work with trusted partners, so you don’t have to worry about things showing up late or not matching your theme.
What I Can Arrange
- Stage seating, ornate sofas, and couches for main guests at functions like engagements or naming ceremonies.
- Traditional items like decorated thottilu (wooden cradles) and floral swings.
- Party furniture: cake stands, dessert tables, plinths in different colours, and light-up marquee letters or numbers.
- Guest seating, including basic plastic chairs.
- Custom event furniture rentals if you have something specific in mind.
- Outdoor tent and marquee setup for open-air or large indoor events.
- Catering coordination with reliable partners (I don’t cook, but I know who does).
How It Works
- Minimum order is for 50 guests - this isn’t for tiny gatherings.
- I’m based in Wilson Garden, Bangalore. Standard rates cover up to 10 km. For further locations, extra travel charges apply.
- Advance payment (50%) is needed to lock in your booking. The rest is due after setup.
- If you cancel, I’ll have to deduct any non-refundable deposits already paid to my partners.
If you want your event sorted without running around, I’ll handle the event logistics coordination so you can actually enjoy your day.
