Featured Wedding Designs and Signature Decor Styles
These moments show how we translate a couple's story into decor. From intimate home haldis to grand destination weddings, we focus on the textures, light, and atmosphere that make a celebration feel like you.
This is the heart of my design philosophy: creating a world within a world. For this Mussoorie wedding, I designed a pastel mandap that felt like stepping into a floral wonderland, where every bloom was placed with intention to create a feeling of serene, breathtaking romance.
I believe in creating atmosphere that you can feel. For this sangeet, we painted the night in passionate reds, using a custom neon sign, a wall of candles, and untamed florals to build an immersive, electric energy for a night of celebration.
A sun-drenched glasshouse was the perfect canvas for this joyful Haldi. I filled the space with hanging orchids and beds of yellow and pink flowers, designing a setup that felt light, personal, and full of life, letting the natural beauty of the space shine.
Lighting is storytelling. Here, a towering wall of over a thousand candles created a backdrop of intimate, flickering warmth. It’s a simple concept with a powerful impact, designed to evoke a sense of timeless romance and pure magic.
Designing for a destination as sacred as the Ganges requires a deep respect for the surroundings. I created this powerful yet simple mandap with a sea of red roses, allowing the grandeur of the Himalayas and the spirit of the river to be the main characters in the couple's story.
My process begins with your vision, which I translate into detailed sketches and mood boards. This image shows how a watercolor vision for a vibrant, citrus-toned seating area was brought to life, ensuring the final result is exactly as we dreamed it would be.
A dinner setting should be more than just functional; it should be an experience. For this reception, I designed a tablescape with tall, modern candelabras, golden accents, and lush white florals on a mirrored table to create a setting of pure, styled elegance.
About this collection
Most people focus only on the backdrop, but we start with lighting and fabric textures. For example, in our recent Mussoorie wedding, we mapped out every candle placement to create a specific, intimate glow. It is that level of planning, moving from sketches to reality, that ensures your venue does not look like a static set piece, but an extension of your own home.
When we approach a venue, whether it is the lush lawns of a hotel in Mussoorie or a quiet terrace in Mumbai, our process starts with a blank page. We do not believe in set packages that look the same regardless of who the couple is. Instead, we start with your narrative.
We use detailed mood boards to bridge the gap between vision and reality. If you want a sangeet that feels like an electric, immersive night, we look at bold, deep-red textures paired with custom neon and architectural candle walls. If your heart is set on a serene haldi, we look at the natural light of the space and introduce hanging florals and soft, organic textiles that let the surroundings breathe.
We are particularly known for our work with light. Lighting is rarely just about visibility for us. It is our primary tool for setting a mood. We design with tiered lighting, combining grand crystal chandeliers with the grounded, flickering warmth of thousands of real wax candles. It creates a rhythm to the evening, guiding your guests from the bright, joyous energy of the afternoon to the intimate, romantic atmosphere of the reception.
We also prioritize tactile details. We know that guests will touch the cushions, lean against the fabrics, and walk across the flooring. That is why we use high-quality materials, from block-print textiles to lush, layered florals that feel real to the touch. Our goal is to ensure that when you look back at your photos years from now, the decor does not just look like a backdrop; it feels like the very place where your story happened.

I am Taral, and I started Do It Up to move away from cookie-cutter weddings. I believe every event should hold a piece of your soul, whether it is through the flowers I handpick or the specific way we arrange candles to catch the evening light.
