Personalized Event Details and Signature Decor
Decor is more than just visuals. It is about the textures, the small moments, and the personal touches that turn a gathering into a story only you could tell.
Fresh, floral, and effortless. These light blue cushions with delicate embroidered daisies were chosen for the Mussoorie Haldi to add a soft, fresh touch to the rattan seating.
For the dramatic red Sangeet, I chose these baroque-style cushions. The rich red velvet and intricate gold pattern whispered old-world romance and added a layer of opulence to the lounge seating.
A close-up of the hand-drawn floral cushions used at my home Mehndi. The delicate pastel tones provided a soft contrast to the vibrant marigold decor, blending seamlessly into the setup.
Where soft ruffles meet a garden in bloom. These simple white and blue ruffled cushions were the perfect complement to the lush, floral-filled setting of the greenhouse Haldi.
Elegance with a hint of playfulness. These pink cushions, featuring an embroidered bee detail, added a charming and whimsical touch to the seating at one of the wedding events.
A thoughtful guest book station. I provided a polaroid camera and a custom album for guests to leave photos and messages, creating a cherished keepsake for the couple.
About The Details That Tell Your Story
When you walk into a space, the small choices, like the weight of a velvet cushion or the placement of a Polaroid station, set the tone before a word is spoken. I focus on these tactile elements to ensure your event feels personal, not just styled. Whether it is adding a specific embroidered motif to match your wedding theme or setting up a dedicated corner for guest memories, I treat these details as the language of your event.
The true character of an event lives in the details. It is rarely the grand structures that guests remember, but rather the moments of interaction and the textures they touch. My approach to event styling focuses on those specific, intentional elements that reflect who you are.
The Art of Texture
I believe in layering. For seating areas, I look for fabrics that invite comfort and add depth. From rich, baroque-style velvet cushions that suggest old-world romance to embroidered floral pieces that soften a vibrant garden setup, the choice of material changes the energy of a room. It is about creating a visual texture that feels as good as it looks.
Interactive Memories
An event should be an experience, not a show. I love incorporating interactive elements like Polaroid guestbook stations or memory walls where guests can leave their mark. These spots do not just fill space, they actively engage your friends and family, turning a simple celebration into a shared narrative.
Signage with Soul
Signage should be more than practical. A neon sign with your name or a custom acrylic board on an easel acts as a focal point. I work to integrate these pieces into the wider design so they feel like a natural part of the environment, whether it is a birthday, a roka, or an anniversary. If you want your party to feel less like a setup and more like an extension of your home, let us discuss how to weave those details together.
Do It Up
I am Taral. To me, decor is not about trends but about stories, signatures, and soul. I spend time getting to know your style to weave those little nuances, be it a specific color palette or a meaningful photograph, into the heart of your celebration.
