Whether it is a formal awards night or a 60th birthday bash, I make sure the tech is flawless so the energy stays high from start to finish.
My approach is simple: production comes first. Magic at an event doesn't happen by accident, it happens because I spend hours before the show checking every light, fixing the sound, and getting the crew sorted. No shortcuts, no quick fixes.
