Sound Hardware
- PA System: 2 High-Mid Tops (JBL VRX/SRX or similar) + 2 Single 18-inch Subwoofers for punchy bass.
- Microphones: 1 Professional Wireless Handheld Mic (Shure/Sennheiser) for hosting and speeches.
- DJ Gear: Industry-standard Pioneer CDJ 2000 NXS2 set + DJM 900 Mixer (or equivalent controller) on a masked table.
Lighting & Ambience
- Wash Lighting: 4 LED PAR Cans mounted on T-Stands for ambient color wash.
- Effect Light: 1 Small Strobe or Laser light for dance floor energy.
Logistics & Crew
- Technicians: 1 Sound Engineer + 1 Helper.
- Cabling: All necessary XLR and power cables taped for safety.
- Transport: Delivery, setup, and pickup included.

- Fixtures: 4 to 6 Moving Head Beams (Sharpy) for aerial effects.
