About College Fest Anthems
A college fest set is not just about playing hits—it's about reading the room. Whether it's a massive freshers' night or an intense competition like a 'War of DJs', I use my Pioneer CDJ-3000X setup and live MCing to keep the energy levels high, managing transitions between heavy EDM drops and Punjabi anthems so the crowd never gets a chance to slow down.
College fests in Navi Mumbai demand a different level of intensity. Students today have short attention spans, so I approach these gigs in 'Concert Mode.' This means fast-paced mixing, skipping the long intros, and hitting the viral reel audio trends exactly when the audience expects them.
