DJ Kush: The Man Behind The Console
It is not just about hitting play. It is the silent grind, the gear prep, and the focus that makes a set legendary.
A stylized shot that captures my artistic side. For me, being a DJ is about ambition, style, and a relentless drive to create unforgettable moments through music.
A quick selfie before the show starts. This is me, relaxed and ready to get behind the decks and start the party. The pause is good, but hitting play is always better.
About Behind the Music
You see the stage, but the real work is the grind behind the scenes. Whether I am prepping custom visuals for a festival or fine-tuning a playlist for a sangeet, it is all about the details that keep the dance floor moving.
People often ask what happens before I step onto the stage. For me, the gig starts way before the crowd arrives. It is about hours of digging for tracks, syncing my KUSH! visuals to the beats, and ensuring the Pioneer setup is tuned perfectly for the venue.
I do not chase trends. I build a flow. My sets shift from warm-up grooves to high-octane Bollywood or Tech House anthems depending on the energy I feel in the room.
My Setup & Style
- Gear: I rely on industry-standard Pioneer CDJ 3000 setups. No controllers, just raw power.
- Visuals: I integrate custom motion graphics into the show. It is part of the performance.
- Interaction: I am not behind a screen hiding. I am on the mic, engaging the crowd, and sometimes right there in the middle of the dance floor.
Whether it is a 12-hour Holi festival or an exclusive wedding sangeet, the approach is the same. Real music, real connection. Toh shuru karein? Let’s make some noise.
