I bring my own laptop and controller to every gig, but I rely on the venue to provide a solid PA system and professional Pioneer CDJ setup. For club sets, I focus on reading the room instantly, whether it's a 2-hour residency slot or a 4-hour takeover, my priority is keeping the energy levels high with seamless, unpredictable transitions.
I have spent years behind the decks in Mumbai's nightlife, from my long-running residency at Raasta Bombay to major festival stages. When you book me for a club night, you are not getting a pre-set playlist. You are getting a live experience tailored to your specific crowd. My sets are a heavy mix of Hip-hop, Afrobeat, and Dancehall, anchored by the Desi mashups I have become known for.
I know how to read a room, adjusting the flow from R&B warm-ups to peak-time Trap without losing the momentum. If the crowd is feeling the Desi rap vibe, I pivot. If it is a late-night crowd looking for Afrobeat, I shift gears. My goal is to keep the floor packed and the energy electric from the first track to the last.
Logistically, I keep it professional. I bring my Serato DJ Pro library, headphones, and laptop. To get the best out of my set, I require a venue with a reliable sound system and industry-standard Pioneer CDJs.
