Running a big stage production is a completely different game from a standard club gig. You are dealing with massive projection surfaces and thousands of people, so we run a mandatory tech rehearsal to align all mapping points perfectly before the doors open. When I get on a big stage, my priority is syncing the music with the visuals. It is not just about playing the right Bollywood-EDM mashup; it is about making sure the 3D hologram or the 360-degree map hits the drop at the exact same millisecond. I work with my visual team to create custom loops for every set, so you never get a generic stock visual on screen. We handle the creative, but for these scale events, there is a technical rider involved for your AV team to follow.
