About Sundowners & Pool Parties
For these daytime sets, I bring a professional controller to plug straight into your venue's sound system or your own rental speakers. It keeps the setup minimal and clean, letting the music and the view take center stage without a massive gear footprint.
Whether it's a sunny Mehendi by the pool or a rooftop sundowner in Mumbai, the music needs to evolve with the sun. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all playlists. My approach for daytime events is a gradual build. We start with laid-back ambient grooves, deep house, or Afro-house that sits comfortably in the background while your guests are grabbing drinks. As the light changes and the energy picks up, I seamlessly transition into mid-tempo Bollywood remixes and Punjabi bangers.
Logistics: I travel across Mumbai with my Pioneer controller. If you have a sound vendor, I will coordinate with them directly to make sure the levels are balanced. If you are hosting at a villa or a smaller venue, I can work with your existing speakers.
Why it works: Daytime crowds are diverse. You have the older folks chatting over drinks and the younger crowd ready to dance. My sets bridge that gap, keeping the vibe relaxed enough to talk but groovy enough to keep toes tapping. No forced hype, just good music that feels right for the moment.
