Blending electronic rhythms with live tabla and harmonium to turn your event into a unique sonic experience.

Here I am adding live tabla rhythms to my DJ set during a rooftop performance. This unique blend of percussive Indian beats with electronic music creates an infectious groove that is perfect for sundowners and sangeets.

The complete fusion experience comes alive with a DJ set, live tabla, and a soulful vocalist. This setup, seen here during a sunset performance, offers a full-band feel and is ideal for creating a memorable Indo House wedding entertainment experience.

A close-up of me playing the tabla during a live set. My ability to switch between DJing and playing instruments allows for a dynamic and interactive performance, adding an authentic, rhythmic punch to the music.

Here I am playing the harmonium, weaving traditional Indian melodies into a deep house set against a stunning city skyline. This showcases how I create a raw, heartfelt sound live on stage.

A great shot of me collaborating with a live vocalist and tabla player. This trio format is perfect for events that need a special touch, bringing together electronic production with the emotion of live singing and percussion.

About this collection

The biggest difference in my live fusion sets isn't just the console. It is the real-time interaction between electronic production and acoustic instruments. Whether I am layering a harmonium melody over deep house rhythms or coordinating with a percussionist while the bass drops, these live elements act as a bridge between the crowd and the booth. It creates an atmosphere where the music is not just played, but performed.

Why Live Fusion Changes the Energy

A standard DJ set is great for background, but adding live instrumentation creates a performance. I built my fusion sets to break the barrier between a playlist and a live show. When I bring my harmonium or coordinate with a percussionist for a live tabla solo, the energy in the room shifts.

My Setup Options

  • DJ + Live Tabla: Perfect for sundowners where you want that organic, rhythmic punch that digital tracks sometimes lack. The groove gets wild when the crowd feeds off the beat.
  • DJ + Harmonium: I layer classical Indian melodies over deep house rhythms. It is raw, heartfelt, and gives that signature 'Bolly Tech' sound.
  • The Fusion Collective: For larger events, I bring a vocalist into the mix. We combine electronic production, live percussion, and live singing, which often results in the crowd singing along louder than the speakers.

What You Should Know

Because I use live instruments, we need a 45-minute soundcheck to balance everything properly. I bring my own instruments and professional microphones, but I need you to provide the industry-standard DJ console (Pioneer CDJ 2000 NXS2 or 3000) and a high-quality sound system. I travel across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, and beyond for these setups. If you have a specific vision for your rooftop or lawn event, let’s talk about how to make the most of the space.
