Sangeet Choreography Basics
Performance Scope
- Includes 10 to 12 choreographed performances for the Sangeet night.
- Covers Bride/Groom solos, Couple dance, Parents' act, and Family/Cousins groups.
- Style: Signature Bolly-Hop and storytelling moves suitable for non-dancers and elders.
Rehearsals & Training
- 2 to 3 Choreographers provided at your location or studio.
- 7 to 10 days of flexible rehearsal timing.
- Includes Zoom sessions or pre-recorded tutorials for out-of-town guests.
Audio & On-Day Support
- Custom audio mixing (Taal mixes) and professional editing for smooth transitions.
- On-ground team present for backstage management, lineup coordination, and DJ cueing.
- Note: Backup dancers and LED graphics are not included. Client bears travel/stay costs outside Mumbai.
Sangeet Theatrical Production
Expanded Choreography
- Includes all choreography from the basic package with an increased scope of 15+ acts.
- Scripts the event flow to ensure a narrative storytelling format.
Visual Production
- Includes 6 to 8 professional backup dancers to accompany key family and couple acts.
- Provides premium costumes for the troupe matching the event aesthetic.
- Creates custom LED graphics and background content for each performance.
Technical Execution
- 10 to 14 days of rehearsals with a larger team (Senior Choreographer plus 3-4 assistants).
- Includes a full stage dry run (Tech Rehearsal) with lights, sound, and graphics checks.
- Standard props included for the troupe performances.
End-to-End Creative Direction
Full Scale Sangeet
- Includes the full Production Package with an extended troupe of 10-12 dancers.
- Covers flashmobs for Haldi or Mehendi and specialized after-party sets.
Concept & Curation
- Varmala Design: Concepts like Royal Palace or Ganga Aarti with music, voiceovers, and pyro cues.
- Grand Entries: Storyboard and execution for Bride and Groom entries (e.g., Carnival floats, Palki processions).
- Full event scripting with anchor links and voice-over recording.
Show Running
- Dedicated Show Director at the console to call lighting, sound, LED, and special effects cues in real-time.
- Large team deployment of 10-15 members including backstage managers and costume coordinators.
- Pre-event technical coordination with Wedding Planner, Decorator, and DJ.

We love designing unique bridal entry ideas - floats, royal processions, LED storytelling, even flashmobs with your entire family. For varmala, we go all out on themes, from Radha-Krishna to modern love, with dancers, music, and effects. If you want your own vows woven in, we’ll help you make it happen.
How We Roll
We handle everything from concept to stage. Based in Mumbai but always ready for destination weddings (India or abroad), we offer both in-person and virtual training. Our crew is tight and works closely with your planners and vendors so the vibe is always on point.

My Story
Hey, we’re Team Dhawal. Dance for us is all about sharing stories and making memories. You’ll catch Dhawal running after his two wild kids, maybe even jet-lagged from a Sakura trip, still hyped for a new performance. Winning the WeddingSutra Influencer Award was huge, but honestly, nothing beats the joy when a family nails that surprise dance or when a dad’s speech gets everyone teary. Our TD crew? Total rockstars. Without them, none of this madness would happen.
