Single Thematic Performance
Creative Concept & Audio
- Theme Development: Custom storyboard creation (e.g., Retro Bollywood, Brand Themes) tailored to the narrative.
- Audio Engineering: Professional track mixing, including Taal mix and insertion of voiceovers or dialogues.
- Choreography: Steps customized to skill levels, focusing on visual moments over complex techniques.
Production & Rehearsals
- Rehearsal Sessions: Team travels to client location. Includes approx 10 to 12 hours for standard tier; unlimited sessions for premium tier.
- Visual Direction: Guidance on stage setup, lighting cues, and LED background content suggestions.
- Prop Integration: Choreography designed around specific props like Dhols, frames, or entry vehicles.
On-Site Execution
- Tech Run: Coordination with DJ and Light Engineers to sync audio drops with visual effects.
- Director Support: Creative Director presence at the console to cue the performance live (Premium tier only).
End-to-End Event Choreography & Direction
Event Architecture & Flow
- Show Scripting: Design of the entire event sequence, coordinating energy peaks and integration with Emcee scripts.
- Special Sequences: Conceptualizing Grand Entries and Varmala themes (e.g., Royal Affair, Fireworks).
- Group Management: Choreography for large groups (families, employees) using simplified teaching methods for non-dancers.
Team Deployment
- Manpower: Ranges from 2 to 3 choreographers for approx 1 week (Base tier) to a full team of 6 to 8 members for 10 to 14 days (Top tier).
- Styling Consultation: Advice on outfits regarding stage grip, safety pinning, and movement functionality.
Production Management
- Backstage Control: Dedicated team with headsets to queue entries and manage props.
- Technical Direction: Acting as the bridge to AV vendors, providing precise Cue Sheets for Lights, Sound, and LEDs.
- Exclusions: Travel, accommodation, backup dancer wages, and costumes are billed separately.

How We Build Your Performance
We’re in from the first brainstorm till the final bow.
- Big on concepts - anything from ‘Around the World Carnival’ to recreating old movie drama, we’ve done it all.
- Storytelling through dance is our jam. We’ve used LED screens, live props, and custom soundtracks to make every act personal.
- Our crew brings in group choreography experience, from solos to massive squads (Apne crew ke saath... aise nahi naacha to kya hi naacha?).

My Story
Hey, we’re Team Dhawal. Dance for us is all about sharing stories and making memories. You’ll catch Dhawal running after his two wild kids, maybe even jet-lagged from a Sakura trip, still hyped for a new performance. Winning the WeddingSutra Influencer Award was huge, but honestly, nothing beats the joy when a family nails that surprise dance or when a dad’s speech gets everyone teary. Our TD crew? Total rockstars. Without them, none of this madness would happen.
My Work
Wedding Event Choreography - We choreograph Sangeet, couple’s first dance, bridal entry, and family performances.
Creative Act Direction - We build concepts, not just steps. Think custom Taal mix or a full Karan Johar frame.
Family-Focused Performances - From the OG dad to the youngest cousin, we get everyone dancing together.
