When we set up office AV, the biggest headache isn't the projector. It's the cabling. People often see the clean projection, but not what happens behind the false ceiling. I make sure we use high-quality HDMI over CAT6 extenders so your signal never drops during a crucial presentation, and we keep all wiring concealed inside PVC conduits so your office looks ekdum professional.
Why Your Conference Room Audio Matters
Most offices ignore the audio until the first video call, when clients cannot hear the speaker. That is why I prioritize vocal clarity. For 10-15 seater rooms, I use flush-mount ceiling speakers from Audac or JBL. Unlike wall-mounted speakers that create hotspots, ceiling speakers distribute sound evenly, so everyone around the table hears the same thing.
The Setup Process
For the visual side, we install high-brightness projectors (Epson or equivalent, 3500+ lumens) because office meeting rooms usually are not light-controlled like home cinemas. If there is sunlight, you need lumens, not just a big screen. We use motorized screens that retract into the ceiling, keeping your boardroom look clean when it is just a meeting, not a presentation.
Handling Technical Constraints
My team handles everything from the HDMI faceplates on your table to the vibration-dampening ceiling kits for the projector. If your room has glass walls or tiled floors, I calibrate the bass and treble specifically for that space to stop that annoying echo during calls. Whether you are in Gurgaon or anywhere in Delhi, my process remains the same: I open up the ceiling, route the cables properly, and make sure everything is solid before I leave.
