Product Specifications
- Variety: Selection No. 1 or Mexican Carpet Grass (Fine blade texture).
- Format: Pre-cut 2ft x 1ft turf strips with 1-inch root-soil layer intact for weight and moisture retention.
- Density: 90-95% coverage lush green surface at delivery.
Logistics
- Transport: Open truck delivery from farm to curbside.
- Harvest: Cut night before or morning of dispatch to prevent roll heating.
- Unloading: Client must arrange labor for unloading at destination.
Exclusions
- Installation: Supply only. Does not include ground leveling, manure application, or pasting labor.
- Wastage: Order 5-10% extra for edge cutting.

- Size: Minimum 5ft - 7ft height upon delivery for immediate privacy.
- Container: Supplied in black nursery grow-bags or temporary plastic pots (Not ceramic/decorative).

- Condition: Acclimatized to North Indian weather to minimize shock.
- Volume: Pricing applies to bulk orders (20+ units) for boundary walls.
Price Logic
- Lower Range: Fast-growing Conocarpus or standard hedge.
- Higher Range: Bushy Ficus or mature Areca Palms.

Tree Specifications
- Species: Wild Date Palm (Phoenix sylvestris) or Large Plumeria Alba (Champa).
- Dimensions: 8ft - 12ft clear trunk; 12ft - 18ft total height.
- Root Ball: Field-hardened with anti-fungal treated roots wrapped in gunny sacking.
Logistics
- Transport: Flatbed or heavy commercial vehicle delivery to site gate.
- Pruning: Fronds/leaves pruned prior to transit to reduce water loss.
Critical Exclusions
- Machinery: Price excludes Crane/Hydra rental required for offloading and planting.
- Warranty: No long-term survival guarantee on wholesale supply rates.
