Birthday & Outdoor Balloon Decoration

Setting up an outdoor birthday decoration requires different planning than indoor rooms. Because balloons are air-filled and not helium, they stay in place better against the wind, but I always use heavy-duty tape and stable arches to ensure they last throughout your party.

What I include in outdoor setups:

• Balloon Arches: Full circular or semi-circular arches built on-site. I use white, gold, or custom color combinations to match your birthday theme.
• Neon Signage: I provide the 'Happy Birthday' or 'Marry Me' signs. Since these require power, please confirm if you have an extension board or a socket within 5 meters of the setup spot.
• Entrance Pathways: I use fresh rose petals to create a grand walkway. If your party is on grass, I can frame this with LED lanterns for a clear effect at night.

Practical details to keep in mind:

• Setup Time: An outdoor arch with petal work usually takes 90 to 120 minutes. I prefer to start setting up at least two hours before your guests arrive.
• Weather: These balloons and petals are best for calm weather. If it is too windy or raining, I recommend shifting to a covered area or indoors.
• Clean up: You do not need to worry about the cleanup. All my materials are rental props, and I return to collect them after the event.
