I use high-density turf with porous backing, which means rainwater drains straight through, keeping your balcony floor dry. When I lay it down, I focus on precise cutting and secure adhesive application so there's no lifting at the edges, even when you're washing it down with a pressure spray.
Why 40mm Artificial Grass?
Most people think all artificial grass is the same, but the density and pile height make a massive difference. I stick to 40mm high-density turf for a reason. It is the sweet spot between looking lush and feathery and actually being easy to maintain. It won't flatten out after a few weeks, and it feels soft underfoot, making it perfect if you have kids or pets running around.
Installation That Stays Put
I don’t just lay a carpet and leave. My installation process involves:
- Surface Prep: Cleaning the base so the adhesive grips perfectly.

- Industrial Fixing: I use heavy-duty synthetic turf adhesive or double-sided tape that handles Delhi’s extreme heat and monsoon rain without peeling.
