When we plan your couple dance, we look at the 'main character energy' you want to bring. Do you want to sweep the audience off their feet with a romantic, slow-motion waltz? I handle the audio mixing, transition cues, and technical timing so you don't have to worry about the music skipping a beat.
The Process
Don't worry if you aren't a 'dancer.' My process is built around simple, repeatable movements that look great on camera.
- Concept & Audio: We start by selecting music that fits your style. I create a custom mix to handle tempo changes and dialogue inserts.
- Rehearsals: We typically do 3 to 4 in-person sessions of 60 to 90 minutes each. If you are busy, I also provide recorded, step-by-step tutorial videos so you can practice at home.
- Coaching: I don't just teach choreography; I coach your facial expressions and stage blocking, so you look comfortable and confident in every frame.
Practical Details
I design every movement keeping your outfit restrictions in mind. If the bride is wearing a heavy lehenga or the groom is in a sherwani, the steps will be adapted to ensure ease of movement. My goal is for you to walk off that stage, out of breath and smiling, thinking 'maza aa gaya yaar'. Whether it is a daytime event or a late-night Sangeet, we will make sure the performance pops.
