The secret to rocking a heavy red lehenga isn't just the outfit, it's balancing the makeup. If your lehenga has heavy gold embroidery, I don't pile on extra glitter. We balance it with a sharp, clean base and eyes that complement your specific jewellery, so you look royal and elegant, not overdone or cakey. The goal is to ensure your makeup enhances your features against the bold red, making sure you look like a queen from every angle.
For me, the traditional red bride is about haath ka hunar—the artistry of balancing high-fashion techniques with timeless Indian aesthetics. Red and maroon are the most classic wedding colours in Delhi, but they demand a specific approach. When working with these deep, rich tones, the lighting and flash photography can easily wash out your face if the base isn't right. That is why I specialize in both HD and airbrush base techniques, ensuring your makeup is sweat-proof and tear-proof for 12+ hours.

- Balancing the Glam: I’ve worked on hundreds of brides who love the traditional look but have different preferences. Some brides want a heavy, glittery glam to match the grandeur of their wedding lehenga, while others prefer a flawless nude glow to let the outfit speak for itself.
- Technical Precision: A red bridal look is heavy. Between the heavy Dupatta pinning (which I ensure is secure so it doesn't pull your hair) and managing heavy Mathapattis or Nath, comfort is key. My process includes precise application of premium, lightweight lashes so your eyes feel rested even after hours of ceremony rituals.
- Customisation: We don't do 'one size fits all'. Whether you are a Sikh bride requiring a traditional look for Anand Karaj or a Hindu bride wanting that classic crimson aesthetic, I focus on your skin tone and features. My studio is in Sunder Vihar, Paschim Vihar, but I travel across Delhi NCR to your venue.
