Festive Celebration Workshops for Kids
Bring your child to our studio in CR Park to connect with traditions through hands-on art. We make festivals meaningful, messy, and full of joy.
Our Janmashtami celebration was full of fun and learning. The kids enjoyed a Dahi Handi game, performed aarti, and shared bhog, learning about teamwork and tradition.
A glimpse into our Janmashtami celebration, where we created a festive and joyful environment for our young Radha and Krishnas to learn, explore, and enjoy.

Sustainable art is my passion. Here, you can see me helping a young artist create a beautiful frame using upcycled materials during our Janmashtami workshop.
Our Mythology workshop comes to life with role-playing, stories, and crafts like this Swastik activity. It’s a magical way for kids to connect with ancient tales.

This Holi, I created a completely sustainable decor for my home, using upcycled materials and handcrafted items. It’s a small way to celebrate responsibly and beautifully.
About Festive Celebrations
When we celebrate festivals, it is not just about the final craft. For Janmashtami, we actually play a Dahi Handi game and share bhog, while during Holi, we use organic flowers and upcycled materials. It is about teaching kids to connect with traditions through movement and teamwork, not just sitting and painting.
Festivals are a fantastic opportunity for kids to learn about culture and values in a way that sticks. At my studio in CR Park, we avoid the 'dry' approach of just looking at pictures. Instead, we dive right in.
Our Festive Approach
We believe that festive crafts should be sustainable and meaningful. Whether it is making a Dahi Handi for Janmashtami or creating natural colors for Phoolon Ki Holi, we focus on the process. Children get to use upcycled materials, which teaches them to respect Mother Earth while having a blast.
What Happens in a Session
- Janmashtami: We go beyond the story. Kids participate in role-playing, organize a mock Dahi Handi, and learn the joy of sharing.
- Holi: We explore creative T-shirt painting and DIY cap making, ensuring the fun is safe, sustainable, and colorful.
- Christmas: From cap painting to ornament making, we create personalized festive gear that kids love to take home and show off.
Every session includes positive affirmations, where we remind children: 'I am confident, strong, and enough.' We keep batches small (4 to 8 students) to ensure every child gets the attention they need to speak, discuss, and feel included. If you want your child to experience festivals where fun and learning go hand in hand, come join our community.
Curious Minds DIY
I used to design logos, but now I prefer designing messy tables for curious kids. At my studio in CR Park, we focus on messy play, storytelling, and positive affirmations because I believe every child is enough. Come visit and let’s make something beautiful together.
