This video captures the energy of IPRCL's 11th Foundation Day. It shows the mix of formal proceedings and celebratory moments, including employees dancing and enjoying the musical entertainment I arranged, proving corporate events can be both professional and fun.
A closer look at the guest seating for the anniversary gala. I used a combination of comfortable sofas with plush cushions for VIP sections and neatly arranged chairs, separated by a floral aisle, to create a luxurious and organized layout.
Comfortable and stylish lounge seating was provided for guests to relax and socialize. These plush sofas with pink cushions offered a comfortable alternative to the main seating area, adding a touch of informal elegance to the outdoor gala.
Attention to detail is key. For this event, I used golden chairs adorned with rich purple organza bows, adding a pop of color and a touch of royalty to the guest seating arrangement.

The guest dining tables were elegantly dressed in lavender and gold patterned tablecloths, complete with a simple yet beautiful floral centerpiece. This setup provided a sophisticated space for guests to dine and connect during the celebration.
