Pre-Event Strategy & Vendor Mgmt

- Guest Management: RSVP calling for up to 300 local guests, itinerary planning, and detailed budget allocation tracking.
On-Site Manpower (2 Days)
- Team Composition: Deployment of 6-8 uniformed crew members including 1 Lead Show Caller, 1 Hospitality Manager, and dedicated Shadows for the couple.
- Communication: Team equipped with walkie-talkies for instant coordination across venue zones.
- Hospitality: Management of guest welcome flow, seating arrangements, and F&B monitoring to ensure continuous service.
Technical & Ritual Coordination
- Show Running: Creation and execution of minute-by-minute cue sheets (Run Order) for Sangeet performances and Wedding rituals.
- Baraat Management: Handling the procession logistics, including the DJ truck, Dholis, and timing the Groom's Grand Entry with pyrotechnics.
- Tech Supervision: Expert oversight of in-house or vendor sound systems (QSC speakers) and lighting rigs to prevent audio feedback or blackouts.

Logistics & Hospitality Command
- Travel Management: Handling flight and train manifests along with airport transfer coordination for 150-250 guests.
- Hotel Operations: Managing room allocation, key-card readiness for check-ins, and staffing a 24/7 Hospitality Desk in the lobby.
- Guest Experience: Assembly and placement of welcome hampers and daily itinerary cards in guest rooms.
3-Day Event Production
- Scope: Planning and execution for 4-5 functions (Welcome Lunch, Sangeet, Haldi, Wedding, Reception) across multiple venue zones.
- Traveling Team: Deployment of a specialized 10-12 member crew to handle the spread-out nature of destination venues.
- Procession Logistics: Coordination of vintage cars, horses, and chattar entry requirements specific to palace or resort layouts.
Vendor & Technical Supply Chain
