This video gives a peek into a resin wall clock workshop. We explored creating a marble effect with resin and also made some small, sparkling resin jewelry pieces using silicone molds.
About Small Treasures & Custom Pieces
These are beginner-friendly projects where you get hands-on with resin pouring immediately. Because we focus on smaller items like earrings, coasters, and platters, you will see your work come together quickly. It is the perfect way to spend an afternoon if you are curious about resin art but are not ready to commit to a full-day masterclass.
Working with resin on a smaller scale is incredibly satisfying. It is forgiving, quick, and lets you experiment with vibrant colors, pigments, and textures without the pressure of a large furniture project. In our sessions in Ghatkopar, we have made everything from intricate resin earrings that catch the light to marbled serving platters that look like natural stone.
Why these workshops are special
- Perfect for Beginners: You do not need any art background. I guide you through every step, from mixing the resin to choosing the right tints.
- Instant Gratification: Unlike larger tables that take hours of preparation, these small items are quick to craft. You will leave with your beautiful creation in hand.
- Handmade Gifts: These pieces make for unique, heartfelt gifts for birthdays, housewarmings, or kitty parties. There is something special about giving a friend a coaster or tray that you poured and decorated yourself.
What you will learn
We cover the basics of working with silicone molds, managing resin flow, and how to incorporate embellishments like crystals, gold foil, and dried flowers. We also talk about the curing process—resin takes 24 hours to set fully, so I will teach you exactly how to transport and care for your piece until it is rock solid at home. If you want a few hours to switch off, learn a new skill, and meet new people, you will fit right in here.
