Sangeet and Reception Photography
From high-energy dance floor moments to emotional reception toasts, I capture the glitz, laughter, and true celebration of your wedding night.
The first dance as husband and wife. I love capturing the movement and joy in moments like this, with the bride's lehenga twirling beautifully.
A grand entrance for the reception. The couple walks in hand-in-hand through a cloud of fog, creating a magical and dramatic effect.
A romantic couple portrait under a canopy of fairy lights. The beautiful bokeh effect creates a dreamy, intimate atmosphere perfect for a reception shoot.
A sweet moment during the cake-cutting ceremony at the reception. The disco balls and glittering backdrop add to the celebratory feel.
A creative double exposure shot of the groom during his grand entrance, combined with a view of the stage and fireworks. This is my cinematic style in action.
The couple shares an embrace on stage as fireworks go off behind them. A perfect, high-energy shot to capture the peak of the celebration.
A beautiful collage blending a candid, laughing moment with a more formal portrait. This shows the different sides of a couple's personality on their big day.
An intimate black and white portrait with a color inset, focusing on the couple's quiet connection amidst the grand celebration.
A regal portrait of the couple on an ornate golden throne at their reception. This shot has a touch of royal elegance.
A romantic collage capturing a sweet kiss on the cheek, blending a color close-up with a black and white background for an artistic touch.
About Sangeet & Receptions
I don’t believe in staging every dance move. My favorite Sangeet shots are the ones where you are mid-laugh, catching a glimpse of your partner during the performance. I mix high-speed, sharp candid photography with cinematic video clips to make sure the frantic, beautiful energy of the night stays alive long after the music stops.
Capturing the Energy of Your Celebration
The Sangeet and Reception are where the wedding celebrations truly reach their peak. While the ceremony is about tradition and rituals, these events are about personality, movement, and letting loose. My approach is to be a fly on the wall, documenting the real interactions—the stolen glances, the loud laughter, and the shared excitement with friends and family.
My Approach to Party Photography
- Candid over Staged: You won't find me telling you to freeze and smile for the camera all night. I focus on the spontaneous moments, like a groom cheering on the bride's dance or the family hugging on the stage.
- Cinematic Storytelling: I treat your reception like a film set. Using professional lighting and stabilizers, I capture the grand entrances and the high-octane dance floor action, blending it with audio snippets from toasts and speeches to give you a story, not just a highlight reel.
- Lighting Matters: If you have specific decor or lighting plans, let me know in advance. I love working with fairy lights, smoke machines, and stage spots to create dramatic, mood-driven portraits that look like they belong in a magazine.
Why Book for Both Nights?
Whether you are planning a grand event in a Bangalore hotel or a destination reception in Rajasthan, I bring the same energy. I suggest looking at the full 2-day or 3-day packages, which include our SDE (Same Day Edit) service. It is a fantastic way to screen a highlight of the day’s events during the reception, giving your guests a 'wow' moment right as the party gets going.
I’m happy to coordinate with your event planners, anchors, and makeup artists to ensure we’re all on the same page, so you can just enjoy the party.
