When shooting modern ethnic wear, I shift my lighting to specifically catch the metallic sheen of zari and the depth of heavy embroidery. We do not rely on standard presets; I build a custom lighting setup in the studio that complements the color palette and cut of your gown or lehenga, ensuring the final images look polished yet completely true to life.
Every reception look tells a different story. Sometimes it is about the soft, romantic glow of an engagement outfit, and other times it is about the sharp, bold lines of a contemporary reception gown. My approach is to treat your attire as a key element of the narrative, not just a prop.
My Bengaluru studio features over 400 unique backdrops, which allows me to curate the environment to match your specific style. For a heavy, royal gown, we introduce more dramatic shadows and texture-focused lighting to bring out the intricate details.
